SP-300 V Magenta overspray

Morph1

Print all
Hey guys,

I just recently replaced the caps on the capping station which finally they started to charge the heads really well,
I have been printing some larger graphics and it all look great till I printed some small text in orange and all I see is blur on the edges along the head movement...
I went into service mode and calibrated the heads and I noticed that the previous calibration was quite off.
I did everything that I possibly could in service mode to align the heads and the tests look great, however when I print that orange color the magenta oversprays outside the graphics , same happens when I print black, there is no spray when I print pure magenta or pure cyan or pure yellow...
I am attaching a few pictures to show what results I am getting..., the black / cyan head has less than half a billion head shot count, however the magenta / yellow head has just over 3 Billion head shot count...
The test print looks quite decent and I do not see of any magenta overspray at all...
Here are the pics,

like I said test printing individual colors CMYK does not produce any magenta overspray and magenta looks as sharp as ever,
I am thinking the heads maybe misaligned in relation to each other...

any ideas guys ? , this is driving me crazy....

i see the bi-directional and horizontal test prints, have you done the bias and vertical? They are physical adjustments, and should be done before the horizontal and bi-dir.

Hard to see from the images, but on the fill pattern it looks like static overspray off to the side.
