Sp 300 v print carriage stop moving

need a little help before panic sets in, performing manual cleaning I missed a step trying to go by memory,so I turned machine off and on thinking I could start over. now print head will not return to lock position, its asking me to close cover or heads will dry. the head is free and i moved it over cap tops then raised cap tops manually as instructed in user manual, before doing so I turned machine off unplugged back on several time didn't help ,there must be a procedure to snap out of this mode, basically cap top are stuck in down position

Manually open the caps back up, move the print head to the middle of the print area and turn it back on. It will center itself. it helps to find it's position if it isn't triggering the home position sensor, so leaving it above the caps can "confuse" it. Also just put all the covers on as well, maintenance cover as well.

ok fixed , after resetting head had to do a Limt Initalization ,left up right power ,then Linaer rest now all is good.
