SP-540 print stops no error?

I've been trying to print a job and it keeps stopping at 4%. I talked to a Roland tech and he said that it is because the computer freezes. I believe this is true but any thoughts on why this is happening. The file is vector at 583kb 8.41"x7.3" and I increase it 1000% to actual size.
Also I've already printed out one just like this for the other side no problem.

You need more RAM in your computer (4GB) and check to see if your hard drive is more than 1/2 full.
If the green busy light is still on when the printer stops the problem is in your computer for sure. The printer is a dumb box and can only do what it is told to. I have seen this many times in the past.
