losing the ground strap, losing the sled mounting screws,losing the bias spring, breaking a stem putting the dampers back on, not having the cables in all the way, forgetting to turn off/unplug the printer and touching components on the head (you'll feel a buzz, and likely blow something) getting ink on the print head from drippy dampers. forgetting to change the head rank after, not resetting the shot count (just for monitoring purposes), having the slip plate welded from dry ink when you try to do the physical adjustments.
All the heads are aligned to the black head, so it doesn't have a vertical adjustment (there is a screw holding it from moving that way). Takes a decent amount of trial and error to dial them all in.
