SP-540i Service mode protected

I have a Sp-540i that had a bad bearing, after replacing linear bearings the machine was throwing a 0110 code and a 0101 code. After finding out what the codes were i changed the encoder strip and sensor. Still throws the 0101 code and when i shut of the power and turn back on the sub power automatically turns on and wants to run a clean, try to run the clean throws the code again, shut off sub power and automatically turns back on and wants to repeat the process. When i try to access the service mode it says its protected and i cannot go any further. can anyone help with this or point me to someone that i can call and pay to help me over the phone or video chat?

There is a special key code needed to enter the service mode of a SP-540i. I do not have it in mind, but you should find it on the internet

Press in order: down, right, left, up, right, down, left

Then press and hold while powering on: left, down, right

You have to do all of that within 5 seconds or it will continue to just say service mode protected.

I have done all that and it will still say service mode protected, also i cannot get the printer to stay off, it wants to keep powering on by itself

Oh I just realized you're getting error 0101. You need to run the limit position initialization first. The machine basically doesn't know if it's a 30" or 54" model so it won't do anything until you run that.
