SP-540i vertical cutting is cutting into the printed area

SP-540i suddenly started having a vertical cutting problem down the length – it’s cutting into the printed area about ¾” and should be outside of it a ¼”. The horizontal (width) cutting is fine top and bottom. The print looks good and the media tracking is not skewed. Any thoughts – I didn’t want to try resetting anything without asking first.
