I've been battling this issue for a while now and am tired of it! Finally taking the time to post and see if anybody has any solutions.
I get ink dropping out on solids, especially noticeable on dark colors. The Cyan/Black head is about 2 years old and a head print test comes out good. The two pictures attached show how it looks. This is a 100% black (using Roland Color System Library swatch RVW-BK21A), although the photo doesn't capture the true saturation. Red arrows show the print head/carriage direction. These prints are using PCV2 Premium Cast profile, Color Management Preset is Sign & Display and quality is set to High Speed. Changing quality to Standard helps, but it's still there. I've got a set of new cap tops and dampers, but I changed those out about a year ago, so not sure that's really the problem.
Any help is most appreciated!
