I live in BFE and can't get a tech out quick enough. Does anyone have the peck tool utility (not copeck) so I can re-install my firmware. Firmware installer won't work, need peck tool according to Roland tech.

I'm assuming you have the VP series to update to 3. I've had trouble with the installer too. I've noticed taking the zero's out of the IP address (ie 192.168.1.102) has given me the go ahead to communicate. Also try turning the machine completely off, unplug for two minutes to let it go through a power cycle. Plug it back in, main power on the try and send it. Hope this helps, post progress
