SP 540V print problem

i have sp540v and triangle bulk refill system instaled, 3 months ago with new heads.

now when i want to print some photos, they always have wrong colors, like gray/black colors end up dark purple or blue, and faces of people are to red.

so generaly photo aint what it should be, looks ok in photoshop or corel photo paint, but in preview in VW looks dark and thats how it coms out of sp540v.

using versaworks 4.0.1. in win xp 64.

usualy using generic vinyl profile from roland to print.

tryed all profiles that comming with VW, but always same resaults.

any idea? is it profile problem?

Well..

This problem appeared when you switched the ink or you met this problem before??
For another type of ink then ESL-Max you should make an ICC profile for all the materials you use. Use EYE1 for this process.
Triangle pigments are very strong, especially Magenta and Cyan.
