sp300 - error 0104 - burned servo board

Hello, after i see error code 0104, i discovered in roland - servo board is burned. I am an electronics engineer and I discovered that burned specifically chip M4A3 128/64 10v. Voltage on the board are OK ! I not found a reason why this chip burned. Yesterday i bought next roland sp300 and i have same problem ! Same chip !

This chip is programmable , so I do not know where i can buy it ?! On circuit diagram in section servo board IC11 - LATTICE iM4A3-128/64, 10VC-12VI, L323RR15

This chip is key part of this board, it work the program.
Our company technicians had help clients repair this board with this chip.
Not only change a new chip, but also update the program too.
