Sp300 Fuzzy Prints & leaving printer.....3 weeks!

Hi all,

just read the thread on 82R909's issues which are exactly the same as mine... the machine is getting on so I have new heads and dampers here are ready for an engineer to put in. But here is my dilemma.....

I am going to Canada for 3 weeks in August..... I do not want to struggle on with crap prints/wasted material and lots of swearing and would like to get the heads done before I go away.

I have left it two weeks before in a head soak, what would you do? Would you be happy leaving the printer 3 weeks all alone with new heads?

Any advice appreciated

Staying with friends in Vancouver, I just know my partner will want to stay!

I would empty all the inks out then refill when you get back, this way you know nothing will go wrong.
