Hi All,
I recently had the motherboard replaced due to the USB port not being recognized.
My RIP is Wasatch.
After the new board was installed, the serviceman did the alignments and tests with what appeared to be positive results. The computer "sees" the printer and the printer prints fine through the RIP.
After the repair man left I discovered that the printer is not recognizing the registration marks for a "print and cut" job.
The head passes right on by the registration marks as if they were not there.
If I do a auto test, where the printer prints a black square, the printer does recognize the square fine.
I also marked "manual registration" in the RIP and the printer DID cut.
Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks, Chris
