I have this sp300v for about 5 years now and lately I noticed that I am having a lot of problems with some medias coming in contact with the print heads. my question is if the fan under the media is supposed to be on when the machine is printing or only when is in idle mode. I noticed that when I am in idle the fan is working fine and sucks the media flat to the platten, but as soon as I start to print the fan goes to 50% power or less and can't keep the media flat at all and this of course sometimes causes the media to strike the heads. if anybody knows if there is a setting on the machine for the fan or how can I fixed this --I know there is a fan setting in the user manu that is at 100% but still does not help--
