sp300V - Head Adjustment

does anyone know the procedure for adjusting the bias and vertical alignment on the roland sp300V?

It is printing out of register and making little Magenta/Yellow ghosts on the rear side of the print (when looking at the print coming out of the machine it is towards the back of every image)
