sp300v internal error 0100442

I just got this "internal error 0100442" message,
and can't find it in the manual.

Anyone know what it is?

It's done it twice on this one print/cut file in the last few minutes.
It only gets to print the first set of crop marks...and then beeps.

Hopefully it's just a bad file, I'm trying it again now.
