sp300v printing on the actual printer not vinyl.

so woke again this morning with new settings on my printer??? i started a print this morning and it is printing right onto the printer itself for the first 1/2" i have the rollers and guides all the way to the right, maxed out. 28.8" print area is what the printer shows. if i hit test print, the yellow and half the red gets printed onto the printer where the vinyl isn't. crop marks are missing the first circle, all of it being printed onto the printer.

love signs101 and this is a new problem to me. I know someone knows whats going on?

EDIT: I did an encoder calibration and it seemed to fix the issue!

clean your encoder..Happens alot to us. then rerun the calibration
