SP300V Settings Issue

Morph1

Print all
Bought used, the past owner switched the lcd display control to service mode, I no longer see the maintenance option to change the wipers or to manually clean the heads...
how do I switch back, is this model a bit older , I noticed most of Rolands use the ethernet connection to the computer, the one I have in my possession uses an USB port...
Please help,

thanks,

To get out of service mode, simply Power Off, and then back on.

The SP-300 and 300v uses USB connection only.

I did power off , still don't see the maintenance feature when I cycle through the LCD display...,
and I still see the service report feature when I cycle through... it seems like it never reset to the
default mode..., there is a feature roland default , do I select that ?

any other ideas ?
I am a Roland newbie lol

thanks , that worked , did a complete clean up including the change of wipers...,
I am just surprised that this unit has only one pump, I was hoping that it would be a standard pump as in mimaki , I think sp300i carries these pumps as well,
but this is a single pump unit and saying I'm a Roland newbie where would I get a replacement pump like that and how much would that cost ?
One more thing, I have not done much printing on it at all, just setting up and testing a bit , but I noticed that my magenta line has an air locked coming towards the head carriage,
I think during transport some ink must've got out onto the foam pad that was placed in the in cartridge bay when the inks were pulled out.., is there a way to load individual ink color through the pump or do I have to load them all to bypass magenta air lock?

thanks

Success !, inks all loaded , encoder strip flipped , printer runs perfectly,
gonna buy a spare pump and a new encoder strip to replace the old one...
