SP300V stoped printing Cyan

first off I read post below

noticed colors not quite right , performed a manual cleaning followed with versawork print, no blue or greens, standard test print shows BLACK BLACK MAGENTA YELLOW,
dampeners are dry clean and full, I see no air in line, pulled some ink with syringe seems ok,looking for a little input before I remove print head for inspection and soaking,

You need to change your captops.

Another thing to watch for is if there is a big difference between how full the black and blue ink cartridges are.

You can pinch off the red/yellow captop line, and do cleanings until the blue clears up.

cartridges are new, cap tops and wipers are on the way,I pinched off red /yellow did cleaning and BAM you are the man, thanks it worked

4 spots on black have always been there,that's a print head I brought back to life 2 years ago,
