Need Help SP300V Worked fine then will not recognize on the PC

My SP300V was working just fine, it went to sleep and the next day the PC will not recognize the printer. The cable is fine, I tried it on another printer. All the features on the printer panel work fine as if nothings is wrong, My PC just will not recognize the printer anymore or another PC...... However it also stopped self cleaning 3years ago, still can't figure it out, now the port.............Any suggestions?

I have run into this a couple times and it ended up being the USB connection on the printer every time. Unfortunately it's part of the main board so you either have to get it fixed or replace the board usually. Try a new USB cable first of course but then it's probably the board.
