sp540 cutting outside the cut line?

I'm have a cutting problem, when we print anything longer than 2-3 feet we seem to have a cutting problem
When it goes to cut the images in the begining of the roll without any problems, yet when it gets to cut towards the 2-3 foot mark past the the edge it cuts outside the contour cut line bad. any help would be great!

If the media is not skewing, I would check the print/cut alinment.

if you have any media feed calibration entered then that can affect the cut position, the further it prints the further away is the cut.

We usually add in some extra bleed on the print to avoid cutting issues. About 1/8" should go a long way.

do an alignment on the printer,
menu-print cut adj- auto-enter,
and as stated before a little bleed goes a long way,
also check your software for skew adjustment enabled,
that will allow it to compensate for stretched prints after lamination
