SP540 Wiper scraper question

Did you change the wipers to the softer ones? As if you still have the stiffer ones in, that would be your problem. I had the same issue with ones I bought from DigiPrint Supplies. OEM or the ones Sign-in-china sells are softer and work well.

i did buy soft ones from sign in china 20 of them, it's still the same, just flappy fighting on the scraper, obviously it's got strong force trying to come out, the scraper just stopped it, but going in is fine

I had that issue too at first, so what I did was wet the wipers with a little solvent rubbed on with a swab and it helped. You can also bend out that shiny metal piece in front that holds the belt to give it a little more tension (saw it in a Youtube video).
