Sp540v cut problems, thick lam.

Printing a bunch of helmet decals using a 12 mil Laminate. The cut is off in the feed direction Most likely because of the thickness of the lam. I've tried multiple settings both in the print/cut adjustment as well as the calibration menu for cutting with little to no change.

What am I missing here?

You did the cut calibration, where it cuts that 400mm grid? That would affect the cut over the distance, but what else could be going on is the cut is the correct length, but the print is too long/short. Which one measures accurate?
