I have an SP540V printer, and when it prints trim marks, there are always magenta ink smears next to them. When I print withoutDo you have any ideas? Thank you for your help.
First step is change your dampers. Only get OEM Roland ones, not the cheap chinese copies. Give the head a good clean on the surface and see if anything else leaks out. Also make sure your captop is draining properly and not holding ink in it
Thank you so much for your help. I changed the capstops not long ago, and when I checked them, I saw that the one for the magenta/yellow one was indeed holding ink. I pushed it out with a syringe, and everything is fine now. Thanks a lot!
