sp540v registration issue

I am printing decals 2.5 x 2.5 inches print is great but when it goes back to cut it is out of registration.. these are print / cut. I have been print / lam / cut all day and everything is fine.

Anybody had this problem??

You need to do CROP MARK adjustment. Print/Cut adjustment is only for print & cut ...not for using the registration marks. I think you will find the Crop Mark test print will be off quite a bit. The crop mark has an auto align that gets pretty close.
