Spell checker does not remember "Add-Ons".

I am using FlexiSIGN PRO 10.5.1 and recently I have noticed that if the built in spell checker does not recognize a word and I tell it to add it to the user dictionary it does not remember or store the word. Even if the same word show up again in the same Flexi file page it is underlined as if it has never seen it before. Anyone else ever have this problem?
