sprayed printing Mutoh 1304

Hello everybody,
I have a Mutoh VJ 1304 and the last week I see sprayed marks on platen heater . mutoh.jpg
Also,my printings are, like have been sprayed and the colours aren't right(especially light cyan).
Any ideas what is wrong?The technician says damper or printhead need change...:banghead:
