srrayed printing -mutoh vj(photo)

Hello everybody,
I have a Mutoh VJ 1304 and the last week I see sprayed marks on platen heater .
Also,my printings are, like have been sprayed and the colours aren't right(especially light cyan).
Any ideas what is wrong?The technician says damper or printhead need change... :banghead:
