Static Electricity!!!!!!

I really hate this time of year.

Every time I get out of the chair and touch the either my printer I get Zapped.

Is there any way to ground it so this doesn't happen?

I'm not worried about myself but I am worried about potential damage to the printer or plotters.

Any ideas on the subject?

get a humidifyer, take it up to at least 35%
