sticky on the print?

hey guys. Someone wants to order bass drum decals that are sticky on the printed side so they can mount them inside the bass drum. I have never done this type of decal what are my options? I am trying to price it out for him but like Ive said I've never done it not sure what I'm going to need.

There are some laminate films that can be used to mount adhesive to printed decals face side.

Mirror image on clear vinyl, print inks in reverse with white flood coat last or mount white vinyl to top.

Just a thought. Good luck contour cutting it though.
