Stock Acrylic or Glass Shaped Blanks

Good morning to all:

I'm interested if anyone knows where I can purchase blank acrylic/polycarb (1/8" thick or so) similar to the racetrack shape in the attached photo?

We are looking to put some standoff acrylic name plates on doors and would like to find a source that has them ready to ship based on lead time and cost. I have found folks that can cnc route these but at a higher cost. Simply looking for an alternate source.

Looks like a special order item. In all the years I have been in the business, I have never run across that shape as a stock item.

What is high cost? Do you want quote to route them? I stock 1/8 clear.

Gemini does them, They will cut the shape and drill the holes. You add the graphics
You have to buy minimum of 10

from the looks of it anyone with a CNC or a laser can do them.
