Storm...

We had a doozy of a storm here yesterday. Had a tornado warning, but no funnels were sighted. Many trees, rooftops and other things destroyed, including this big ol billboard next to the bypass. This thing has weathered many a storm, but not this one...

We've had it bad down here as well. In fact, we are due for another one tomorrow unless the weatherman has changed the forecast since last night. Although this weekend it hs been great. Sunny, maybe a tad on the humid side. 93 yesterday. I think it's supposed to hit 90 today.

Wow, in front of the pole the asphalt was cracked and grass was growing in it.
I wonder if the failure was a result of rain water running down through the crack and under minding the footer over a long period of time.
