Strange things happening

Just reinstalled flexi sign8 on windows 11 pc
Im getting some strange things happening.
First biggest issue is when I go to rip I get an unknown failure occurred message and forces program to close
Next is when I open most files if the artwork has a mask the image that the mask is using if gone. Like non existing and only the black mask is there.
It’s running in compatible mode for windows xp.
Any ideas on what could be going on?

sounds like you dont have an active license for the software or it simply doesnt like win11.

figured out a workaround. If I import the image my mask works and I see it correctly.
