Strata Sign Supply

Has anyone dealt with Strata Sign Supply? They are based in California, I ordered a couple scrolling banner stands from them, they debited my account, have not received the stands after 2 weeks, tried calling and get and answering machine. No response from my emails, check on the website and it says my order is processing. Just curious if anyone knows anything about them.
