Stripe "Gradient" How To???

Not sure the name of this or what you call it, but where the stripes start out small and get bigger as they go outward(see example picture). What is this called and how do you do it beside making the stripes and then doing a "separate overlap" and changing colors???

Not sure why I never seen this before, but after tinkering in Flexi, they have a "Stripe" effect and then you can do a "space evenly" or stagger your stripes and thicknesses. Awesome!
