Could your problems stem from rasterizing everything or possibly the pc youre running your rip from? There seems to be a lack of similar problems which would lead me to believe you need to look harder at your end of things.
I don't remember them saying that but I do know that if I've had to call for support for other software and they know it's in a VM then they usually say it's not supported and that's probably the cause of the issue. Very few problems though with running in a VM though.
If you are running the subscription why not cut it off and switch to Onyx or Caldera?I wanted to add my experience in the mix.
I have a hp latex 315, graphtec fc9000 and flexi subscription for 4 years.
I lose about $20,000 annual due to bad cutting. I was able to rule out it isn't due to material warp to the hp latex heating.
Something between flexi production manager and graphtec causes some major cutting issues.

The cuts will either progressively cut high to low Or sometimes just to the left.
Sometimes the computer and graphtec can be turned off, then back on and it will cut perfectly.
I noticed this happens more with high resolution images or vectors with many elements, but it will still happen to simple artwork too. Why does flexi not tell us the truth their software has issues?
It's not fair to say this is acceptable or normal. These company's get steady revenue from us and they won't support issues some of us experience for years.
Ive ran graphtecs and flexi for 24 years now and I am not the biggest fan of the FC9000. The 8600 was more stable in my opinion and I would go back in a heartbeat if I could find a brand new 60" 8600 for sale. I find myself having to turn it on and off to get it to work correctly quite a bit. Mostly with finding regitration marks but sometimes with even loading the sheet properly. I have also experienced the same issues with contour cutting large qtys of decals. Have you tried updating the graphtecs firmware yet?I wanted to add my experience in the mix.

wish I had seen your post before today, we just got an FC9000, same setup as you, tried to print a trailer wrap and the first panel is off, about a 1/16 of an inch to the right in the white and almost 1/2 inch low at the top.... very frustrating. We have 25 more panels we may have to cut by hand now...I wanted to add my experience in the mix.
