Stylus Pro 9800 Take Up not working

Epson Stylus Pro 9800 Take Up not working. I have the sensor and reflector lined up, with the light solid green. Has anyone else had this problem. Let me know. Thanks

not familiar with that model, but some of our take-ups have had the same issue. Re-seating the cable connection at the printer resolved the problem. Hope yours is that easy.
