Subway Style Curved Changeable Sign Frames

I have a customer who wants frames made like the attached image. The specifically want frames that have a curve to them to simulate a subway. Does anyone know a vendor who can make these? They are looking for 5 of them that are about 96" wide but would consider 10 that are about 48" wide.
