Excellent job on the scissor.

I'd use VHB tape or screws from the backside.

I would add a piece of blue vinyl "hair" over one blade of the scissor.

do you think the 3m tape will hold it up to weather though. I know it's great tape cause it's on all the truck accessories we sell. But i'd hate for it to fall and break.

I thought about screwing it into the board also. I just wanted to see if there were any other options

I'll do the blue hair thing when it's all done and secured.

Remove the screw in the centre of the scissors and bolt it to the sign through the hole in the middle.

OOps. Didn't realize the scissors were fake. Same advice applies. Drill through centre screw and and screw to sign.

Nice job slappy! VHB tape then dill some small holes through the sign into the sign foam and pin with some small nails with glue.
