For sale is a Summa F1612 Flatbed plotter. We are moving to a new facility and it no longer fits our needs. It is just over a year old and has been used mostly for cutting stickers and heavy safety window films.
The machine is currently in Grand Rapids, MI.
The machine is in good working order. It is still under warranty until next year (unfortunately, not transferable), and has recently had a full service visit by the factory rep and got a clean bill of health. It is a solid machine with plenty of life left in it.
It is the base model with only the cutting heads present. Router modules are still available for purchase.
It is very fast, very good at cutting stickers, thicker materials as well as standard graphics and signage materials.
Videos and specs are available on request. Site visits to view the machine are encouraged.
This machine has slots for replaceable heads that allow not only conventional plotting on vinyls but can be turned into a light duty CNC router for cutting thicker materials like Foam core and Sintra. We do not have those attachments, but they are available.
The unit weighs about 1100 lbs with a footprint of 92.5"W x 76.3"L x43.3"H.
It requires 3 Phase 208V+N or 3 Phase 230V or 3 Phase 400V+N
