Summa D-60 24 inch Plotter

Hi i have a Summa D-60 24in Plotter, recently the cutting on letters (example) Aerial the corners are not "sharpe" and not cutting "a good quality letter" I changed the rollers and even the blades and a worn out belt ,which I purchased from "Airmark" and authorized Summa Dealership, does anyone have this plotter? and did you have the expeirence , Thanks

Did you change the blade holder? And check that you have correct blade off-set because that will affect those cuts.

Yes sorry I did not mention I also purchased a holder from Airmark please "blade off set" thanks
