Summa D160R and Caldera barcode

Not a newbie
Is there a setting in either the cutter or caldera to set the distance between the cutline and barcode? For some reason, when I have a print and cut, in some case a part of the bar code will go in the cutline section. So when I weed it, I see a small part of the barcode that went in the design. I've been using this combo for years, but upgraded caldera and printer a year ago and those problem started. Is there a solution?
