Summa D160R cutting ovals, not circles!

Hi all!
I'm new to the vinyl cutting world, and am having trouble with my new D160R cutter.
When cutting small text or circles, the curves often don't quite meet up in the cut, and circles are cut more as ovals!

I'm sure there's a way to re-calibrate the machine, but can't find jus the thing in the manual.
Any of you experts out there know the way for me to get this thing cutting properly again?

Call Summa tech support. They will walk you through the calibration process. It sounds like you need to do a length calibration at the very least.
