Summa d60 skipping random cuts

I am running a Summa D60 plotter cutting Oracle 721 vinyl. The machine is skipping here and there. Short skips about 1 ". I changed computers and re loaded co cut pro. I am using Coral9. Nothing seem to help. Any suggestions.
