Summa Dc4sx question

Been toying with getting one of these to play with. Ran across one for sale ( not close). I questioned the seller about different things and asked for photos of prints from that machine. He says when he loads the paper it throws a error and the printhead goes to the top and comes down but also throws a error.

I'm not into buying someone else's problem but just wondering if anyone knows what the problem could be?
