Hi,
my Summa F1612 is deviating slightly on the x-axis.
Does anyone know what could be causing this? Calibration?

Summa F cutters should have maintenance every 1000 working hours or every 12 months. Whatever comes first. One important thing is to check and adjust the tension of the 3 timing belts.

I think you need to do camera to tool calibration. If you use GoProduce you do it in axis control.

I guess I'm the lucky one, F1612 ran daily for over 7 years, not a single issue or service on it!

This is the first time I've heard this before. Is there a document outlining what should be checked/maintained?
