Summa feeding too fast

We are having an issue with 48" vinyl on our Summa. When it feeds the media it moves too fast and kinks it. We can control cutting speed, but don't know how to reduce feed speed. This issue is increased because the plotter sometimes jumps around from one element to another on the sheet, rather than working progressively from front to back. We are using GoSign to drive our Summa S2 160.
