Summa file save issue

We have 2 mac pros in our shop, and when one designer saves a file for cutting on summa, winplot gives and error and can't open it. But if the files is just opened and saved on the other Mac Pro, it opens fine. All setting are the same, as far as I can tell, systems are identical aside from ram. Anyone else have this problem?
