Summa gosign doesn't recognize the cutter

The gosign doesn't recognize the cutter, ethernet or usb. I removed the router and now is connected direct to the pc, but sometimes I used a laptop connected with usb but don't recognize either, Was working perfect, just removed the router (change internet provider) and now I have this problem.

We had to reconfigure GoSign to use a USB instead of the internet connection. Use the devices tab at the top. It searches automatically when opened at our shop.
