We keep running into issues when trying to use the GoSign segmentation setting (the setting that should allow us to cut partial sections of a job at a time)
When we run the job it will read the registration marks and cut the first segment just fine, but throw an “This is outside the media area” error once it reads the first mark on the second segment. We know we have enough media and the cut will not go beyond it, we can choose to run the job without segmentation and it will cut the full job. We can run jobs normally, but would like to use the segmentation feature to improve accuracy on long runs.
