It looks like you need to plug it into the one labled J8 in the below image. That plug is for the Vacuum fan.
Thank you very much. That was all I needed.
Now if only a replacement board fixed my initial issue.
My issue is with the plotter itself freezing constantly. Whether it be in the middle of using it or sitting idle. The machine freezes, won’t communicate with my desktop computer (or laptop) and needs the power to be reset.
The replacement board was from a tech who had one on hand that he took from another machine but it has the same problems.
Any ideas out there?

Only buy new boards.
Sounds more like a pc communication problem.
Change to network connection if it's connected USB.
Take pictures of board before disconnecting.
